This one-day course offers a review of the
foundation of laws and regulations applicable to budget and financial
management including frequently cited laws and Comptroller General
Decisions. Using a slide presentation and practical case studies to apply
the subject matter, the facilitator will share information about new laws and
additional recent Government Accountability Office (GAO) decisions. This course also satisfies one of the required
courses for Level II and III Contracting Officer Representative re-certification.
