This half-day course focuses on recognizing your individual strengths, skills, and unique ways of contributing. In addition, learn insight how to play to strengths and learn about your natural talents and abilities. (Course includes an assessment)

Invented by Don Clifton, the Clifton Strengths assessment uncovers an individual’s unique rank order of 34 Clifton Strengths themes. These themes explain the ways in which a person approaches work and how they can best contribute to the team. The Clifton Strength Assessment helps individuals turn talents that naturally exist within individuals into a strength for the team.
