Developing U training course is designed to provide supervisors and managers
with ways to set performance expectations, while monitoring and addressing unacceptable
performance for employees working offsite. This
course is for Supervisors/Managers and Team Leads only and satisfies OPM’s
Supervisor Training Requirements.
Course Objectives
- Learn how to appropriately handle requests for reasonable accommodations.
- Identify how to write valid performance standards that apply to the employee’s current working situation.
- Develop skills for handling unacceptable performers, regardless of their work location.
