This new, 2-hour Developing U training course focuses on helping participants learn essential, research-based guidelines for working effectively in a hybrid work environment. This course is for Supervisors/Managers and Team Leads only and satisfies OPM’s Supervisor Training Requirements (2 hours of Continuing Education for Experienced Supervisors).
