Course Objectives
- Understand supervisory role, responsibilities, and challenges
- Describe transition and its four stages
- Recognize when they and others are in a particular stage of transition
- Identify how they can operate within the Circle of Control/Influence to manage uncertainty
- Identify strategies to support employees during each stage of transition
