The purpose of this training is to increase self-awareness, encourage natural engagement and connections. The session includes a portion of directed learning from a facilitator, followed by breakout exercises and planning future commitments beyond the meeting to foster the team’s ability to engage with one another in productive and emotionally healthy ways.

  • Explaining best practices for shifting drama to empowerment according to this model
  • Identify strategies for applying the concepts of this model in the day-to-day work environment
  • Discuss practical details of implementation and offer opportunity for voluntary personal commitments
