At CTP, we aim to fulfill this public health objective by making tobacco-related death and disease part of America's past. This mission is strengthened and supported by ensuring we build, and continuously invest in maintaining, a diverse, inclusive, equitable, and accessible work environment. To that end, the Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) hosted a special all hands session with Eric Ellis, President and CEO of Integrity Development Corp, on Achieving Sustainable Inclusion. Eric Ellis has been recognized as one of the top 100 Diversity & Inclusion experts in the world. This session was held on August 25th at 1:30pm, with Eric discussing the importance of aligning Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) goals with organizational objectives to foster long-term success.
