Effective Accountability Conversations

This two-hour, Developing U training course provides a constructive approach to accountability, that puts emotion aside and focuses on beneficial ways to close any gaps between expected and actual actions/performance. This course is for Supervisors/Managers and Team Leads only.

Course Objectives  

  • Explore the ‘Cycle of Accountability’ and understand how to establish ‘Clear Agreements’
  • Identify barriers to effective accountability and learn how to overcome them
  • Learn methods and tools to strengthen their ability to be effective in facilitating accountability conversations
  • Learn how to be a role model and ‘partner’ in establishing accountability with their staff
