CTP’s Acquisitions and Assistance Team (AAT) provides a variety of mini-courses to strengthen CORs’ knowledge and skills. These “tune up” training offerings are designed to be relevant to CTP’s needs, convenient to attend, and count toward earning Continuous Learning Point (CLP) credit requirements for maintaining COR certification. 

An overview of the CTP processes for invoicing, reconciliation and disbursements as well as the CORs role in responding to an Undelivered Orders (UDO) quarterly report.

  • Define the Office of Finance, Budget, and Acquisitions (OFBA) Invoice Process Changes
  • Describe the COR and MO responsibilities for invoicing and UDO
  • Define OAGS and CTP invoice procedures
  • Recognize the Invoicing and UDO issues and receive helpful tips to deal with the issues
