This course will help lift the veil on the appropriations process in Congress. The formulation and enactment of the annual federal budget is a highly complex process that involves thousands of individuals in both the executive and legislative branches. Individuals who participate in formulating a budget request will leave this course with a better understanding of the entire budget and appropriations process.
