The Center for Tobacco Products (CTP), is very excited to announce the official launch of the new career development program, “Finding the Best in You.” The program consists of a series of monthly workshops that will be available for all CTP employees. Topics will include networking with colleagues, initiating career conversations with supervisors, and peer and leadership panel discussions. These topics are designed to build career awareness, enhance career development skills, increase employee engagement, foster inclusion, and develop relationships across various levels of the Center.
